Aurora International Realty values your privacy and treats the information you share with us with care. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Aurora International Realty Commercial Broker FZCO (“Aurora”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with IFZA in Dubai Silicon Oasis (Registration No. 77880), at IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights set out below, contact us at info@aurorainternationalrealty.com.

We are a property and residency advisory. We are not a listings portal, and we do not buy or sell your data as a product (see “Aggregated and anonymised information” below for the one narrow exception, which does not identify you).

The personal data we collect

Most of the data we hold about you is data you give us directly, through our enquiry form or in subsequent correspondence. This typically includes your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, the market and type of property you are interested in, your objective and approximate budget, your preferred location and timeline, and anything else you choose to tell us.

When you use our website we also collect limited technical data automatically, such as your IP address and browser type, through standard server logs and security and performance tools. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

We do not carry out regulated identity (“know your customer”) or source-of-funds checks ourselves. Where those are needed to proceed with a purchase, they are carried out by the appointed legal counsel, the developer and the relevant bank. We therefore do not collect or hold your identity documents or financial evidence for that purpose.

How we use your data, and our legal bases

We use your personal data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide advisory services to you — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us;
  • where you have asked us to, and consented, register your interest in a property with the relevant developer (see below) — on the basis of your consent;
  • communicate with you about your enquiry and, where you have agreed, about other opportunities that may be relevant — on the basis of your consent;
  • meet our legal, regulatory, anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening obligations — on the basis of our legal obligations and legitimate interests;
  • keep our website secure and improve it — on the basis of our legitimate interests.

You can withdraw any consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Who we share your data with

We share your personal data only where it is necessary to provide the advisory service you have asked for, and we tell you when we do it.

Property developers. Where you ask us to register your interest in a property, or where doing so is a necessary part of the advice you have requested, we share the relevant details with the property developer concerned so they can register that interest. This is described in the consent you give on our enquiry form. We share what is necessary for that purpose, not your entire record.

Professional partners. Where relevant to your enquiry, and with your knowledge, we may introduce you to or share information with professional partners such as legal and conveyancing counsel, mortgage brokers, and company / SPV formation providers. We do this to help progress the matter you have asked us to help with.

Service providers who process data for us. We use a small number of trusted third parties to run our business. The two that handle personal data are our website host (Hostinger), where the website and enquiry-form submissions are stored, and our email provider (Microsoft), through which we send and receive correspondence. These providers process data only on our instructions. We do not use advertising networks, and we do not currently run third-party analytics on the site.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

Aggregated and anonymised information

We may compile aggregated, anonymised statistics and insights from enquiries we receive — for example, broad trends in the markets, budgets or objectives people are interested in. This information is genuinely anonymised: it does not identify you and cannot reasonably be linked back to you. Once data is anonymised in this way it is no longer personal data, and we may use, share or publish it. We do not share or sell information that identifies you for this purpose.

Sending data across borders

Aurora is based in the United Arab Emirates, and the developers and professional partners we work with are typically in Cyprus, the United Kingdom and elsewhere in the EU. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside the one you live in. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it continues to be protected, consistent with the requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

How long we keep your data

We keep the personal data from your enquiry for as long as we are providing advice to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you re-engage with us — currently 36 months from our last contact — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records we are required to keep for legal, anti-money-laundering or tax reasons are kept for the period the law requires. Email delivery logs are automatically deleted on a short rolling basis.

The law that applies

Aurora is established in the United Arab Emirates, and our handling of personal data is governed by UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL). We apply the standards set out in this policy to the people we work with wherever they are based.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; stop processing it; and provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office, the federal authority responsible for personal data protection.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@aurorainternationalrealty.com. We will respond within the time the law allows.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed to keep it secure and working properly, including for performance and caching. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here. This version is effective from 24 June 2026.
